What’s your excuse? 

When I speak to people about going to the gym, they come up with all kinds of excuses. 
Frank looks great and he says, ” You are never too old to do anything. You just need to put your mind to it.” 
He looks great and he’s enjoying life. 
Whenever you find yourself making up excuses, just think of Frank and just do it!

” Keep your body strong by having the right mindset.”
