Satisfy your sweet cravings without the guilt! These chocolate tahini truffles are EASY to make and HEALTHY.
Chocolate Tahini Truffles
1 cup tahini (sesame paste)
½ cup pitted dates (soaked in bit of boiling water)
1 ½ tbsps raw cocoa powder
1 tbsp agave syrup
2 cups finely chopped nuts (raw almonds, raw cashews, walnuts, pecans or whatever mixture you like)
Combine tahini, dates and cocoa in food processor and blend until very smooth. If mixture is too crumbly, add water by the tablespoon. Add Agave syrup. Mix in nuts and form into truffle balls. Coat each ball with coconut. Refrigerate or freeze the balls for an hour before serving.
Note: Agave Syrup can be bought at any health food store.
