What do we mean when we talk about our vibration levels? It is how we are vibrating in response to the world around us.
Negative emotions such as depression, sadness, frustration, anger, resentment, and jealousy lower our vibrational frequency. We need to start to be aware of what level our vibrational frequency is at, so that we pass on that higher frequency and the feeling of wellbeing to all who are in our energy space.
