People are increasingly finding comfort in the consumption of alcohol as they navigate the challenges that this year has brought them 

Interestingly, here in Melbourne, even with Stage 4 Restrictions where very few shops are permitted to remain open, our bottle shops remain open and are doing a roaring trade.

I found myself starting a habit of drinking 1- 2 glasses of wine every night! 

I didn’t want this habit, so I decided to replace it with a ‘better‘ habit.

In this video, I share with you the strategy I have implemented to replace my habit of drinking wine, with another habit which still allows me to enjoy a treat each day.
