We have been taught that “It’s OK. Think positive!”
Whilst it’s helpful to recognise that there is always a different perspective and a silver lining to everything, we need to feel everything – no matter how uncomfortable that is – first and foremost.
In this video, I explain the importance of feeling the painful emotions and how important that process is before we try and ‘change’ it.
