HOW MUCH TO YOU WANT IT?

This morning, I had a personal training session that I was supposed to go to. Guess what? I didn’t put my alarm on. So, I missed it and I was really, really disappointed because I am going to be traveling for the rest of the week and I wanted to train today.

I could have had a lot of excuses not to go to the gym. So what did I do?
Did I give in to my excuses? Or did I get into action because I knew I would feel so much better if I did?

Are you serious?  IF NOTHING CHANGES, NOTHING CHANGES. 

Have you ever thought, “I would kill to have a body like hers!” Or, “I would do anything to look that good in bikinis!” But really, would you really? Would you do whatever it takes?

What are you prepared to do about it? That’s the question that you need to ask yourself. 

” Make yourself do the things you don’t want to do! “

Do what you don’t want to do. You have to because if nothing changes, nothing changes.
